In the event of late payment and after sending a first reminder free of charge, according to the conditions and deadlines described in Article XIX.2 of the Economic Law Code, the client must comply with the following payment obligations:
- Interest, established in accordance with the law of 4 May 2023, being the reference interest rate plus 8 points.
- A fixed compensation, calculated as follows on the remaining amount due:
- Less than or equal to €150: €20
- Between €150.01 and €500: €30 plus 10% of the amount due in the range between €150.01 and €500.
- More than €500: €65 plus 5% of the amount due in the upper range above €500, with a maximum of €2,000.
- Less than or equal to €150: €20
Canceling or rescheduling an appointment:
Because we want to help our patients as quickly as possible and our time is limited, we kindly ask you to inform us if you are unable to attend or if you are running late.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For appointments longer than 75 minutes, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
Booked appointments can be cancelled by phone up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel too late or do not show up, we will be obliged to charge a cancellation fee of €25 per 15 minutes.
Liability of the practice:
The practice is not responsible for any shortcomings committed by the practitioners working there with regard to compliance with patient rights as provided by the law of 22 August 2002.
